| Abstract | 为了加强医学研究生综合素质的培养,准确了解医学研究生的价值取向,本文采用调查问卷方式,对北京大学人民医院在读全日制研究生的价值取向进行了调查研究,应用数据库软件,对统计结果进行了分析.调查结果显示,医学研究生价值取向的主流呈健康向上的趋势,具有多样性和兼容性特点.因此,需要在实事求是的基础上运用多种方式,搭建多种平台,加强医学研究生价值观教育. In order to enhance the overall quality of postgraduate, questionnaire was used to inves- tigate the value orientation situation of the postgraduates in Peking University People' s Hospital. We ana- lyzed the results with epidata database and discussed value orientation situation of the students. We found that mainstream value of the students showed a positive trend with the characteristics of compatibility and diversity. So we should build a variety of platforms to strengthen the value orientation of medical postgradu- ates. |
