Abstract目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉僵硬度变化规律及其与内中膜厚度(IMT)的关系.方法 2009年5月7至30日,北京大学第一医院内分泌科共72例2型糖尿病患者纳入研究,所有患者行颈动脉超声检查,应用射频信号血管内中膜分析技术(QIMT)软件描记颈动脉IMT,动脉僵硬度测量技术(QAS)软件测量颈动脉顺应性系数(CC)、僵硬度系数(α)、血管直径归一化硬度系数(β)、脉搏波传播速度(PWV)等参数.患者控制血糖、血脂、血压水平达到正常标准.于2011年2月再次行超声检查,测量以上参数.对以上数据进行分析.结果 与2009年超声检查比较,2011年超声检查双侧颈动脉CC明显升高(左侧0.9±0.4比1.1±0.4,P=0.016;右侧1.1±0.5比1.2±0.5,P=0.012).双侧颈动脉IMT有升高趋势,α、β、PWV有降低趋势,但差异无统计学意义.同一时间点分析糖尿病患者颈动脉IMT与动脉僵硬度参数无相关性.结论 控制血糖、血脂、血压能降低2型糖尿病患者颈动脉僵硬度.2型糖尿病患者颈动脉IMT与动脉僵硬度参数没有相关性.
To explore the change pattern of carotid stiffness and its relationship between intima-media thickness (IMT) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Quantitative intima-media thickness (QIMT) and quantitative arterial stiffness (QAS) were performed on bilateral carotids of 72 T2DM patients in May 2009 and February 2011 separately. IMT, compliance coefficient (CC), α, β and pulse wave velocity (PWV) were measured. Their relationship was analyzed.Comparing with ultrasound result in 2009, CC of bilateral carotids increased (left 0.9 ± 0.4 vs 1.1 ± 0.4, P = 0.016; right 1.1 ± 0.5 vs 1.2 ± 0.5, P = 0.012). IMT increased while α, β and PWV decreased (P > 0.05) in 2011. No correlation existed between carotid IMT and QAS parameters.The glycemic, lipid and blood pressure controls decrease the carotid stiffness of patients with T2DM. Carotid IMT and stiffness.
