Abstract采用弯曲和循环拉伸实验研究了新型Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-15Nb(TLM)钛合金的形状记忆和超弹性性能。探讨了变形温度、总应变和热处理等对TLM钛合金形状记忆和超弹性的影响规律。结果表明:新合金在热轧态和在α+β两相区固溶处理后空冷比从β相区固溶处理后空冷条件下具有较高的形变恢复率,最大恢复应变可达1.8%。随着总变形应变增加,形变恢复率降低。从β相区固溶处理后空冷后TLM合金具有较好的超弹性,优于热轧态或时效处理后TLM合金的超弹性能。
The shape memory effect and superelasticity of Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-15Nb (TLM) alloy under different conditions of deformations, temperatures, deformation strains and heat treatments were studied by bending and tensile tests. The results indicate that TLM alloy specimens hot rolled or cooled from alpha+beta dual phase region have higher shape recovery ratio than that cooled from beta single phase region their the maximum completely recovery strain reaches 1.8%. The shape recovery ratio decreases with the increase of the total deformation strain which has been proved in many other beta titanium alloys. The TLM alloy specimen cooled from beta single phase region in air exhibits the best superelasticity compared with that of hot rolled or aged specimens.
