| Abstract | Dapper是作为Dishevelled的抑制因子而被新发现的，与信号转导通路，尤其是Wnt信号通路有着极其密切的关系，但是Dapper在Wnt信号通路的作用尚不明确。研究发现Dapper与肿瘤的发生发展有着极其重要的关系，通过研究Dapper在Wnt信号通路的作用及其作用机制，对于肿瘤的基因治疗有着极其重要的作用。 |
