糖尿病患者家属糖尿病相关知识现状及影响因素分析

Abstract

目的：了解糖尿病患者家属和非患者家属对糖尿病相关知识的认知情况及其影响因素。方法于2013年3—4月，采用分层整群抽样方法对浙江、江苏、山西、河南、云南、青海六省的4416名18～60岁城乡居民进行调查。结果共有效问卷4067份，问卷有效率为92.10％。调查发现，来自糖尿病患者家庭的调查对象对各项糖尿病知识的正确知晓率均高于来自非糖尿病家庭的研究对象（P ＜0.05）；通过对糖尿病相关知识进行计分，发现来自糖尿病患者家庭的调查对象糖尿病相关知识得分为（17.40±4.75）分，非患者家庭的得分为（15.06±5.88）分，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；利用多因素线性回归分析糖尿病相关知识影响因素，发现城乡和文化程度均是影响糖尿病患者家庭（β＝－0.152，β＝0.131）和非患者家庭调查对象糖尿病相关知识得分的影响因素（β＝－0.163，β＝0.126）。结论糖尿病患者家属较非患者家属对糖尿病相关知识具有更高的认知程度，城乡和文化程度是影响居民糖尿病相关知识认知的重要影响因素。

Objective To explore the difference of diabetes related health knowledge awareness between the resi-dents from diabetes family and non-diabetes family and their influencing factors in order to provide the scientific basis for making intervention strategy.Methods A sample of 18 -60 years old 4416 residents in six provinces was investigated from March to April in 2013.Results 4067 people were surveyed with the efficiency rate of 92.10%.The investigation showed that the residents from diabetes family had a significantly higher diabetes knowledge awareness rate than the residents from non-diabetes family (P <0.05).The diabetes knowledge score of the diabetes family was 17.40 ±4.75,which was signifi-cantly higher than non-diabetes family (15.06 ±5.88,P <0.05).Urban or rural and the educational background were the influencing factors of both diabetes family (β=-0.152,β=0.131)and non-diabetes family (β=-0.163,β=0.126) on diabetes knowledge awareness.Conclusion The residents from diabetes family had higher diabetes knowledge awareness than the residents from non-diabetes family,“urban or rural”and educational background were the main influencing factors of residents’diabetes knowledge awareness.
