国外移动医疗研究方法与成果的系统研究

Abstract

目的：移动医疗正成为医疗信息化领域最活跃的研究和应用方向之一，系统综述和总结了国外移动医疗研究的方法、内容及成果的主要特点和趋势等方面的进展，期望为设计和开发更易于使用的、更能满足用户需求的移动医疗应用提供方法和方向上的参考和依据。方法：对从PubMed数据库检索出的30篇文献进行综述。结果：从六个方面总结：（1）移动医疗应用的领域方法的现状、优势及面临的挑战；（2）移动医疗应用的内容和方法的质量评估；（3）移动医疗的用户体验及态度；（4）移动医疗干预对健康问题结果的影响；（5）移动医疗应用及整合方案的设计与评估；（6）以移动医疗应用为基础的其他研究等。讨论：移动医疗提高了医疗健康照护的可及性和便携性，促使患者和医疗卫生人员参与到健康的管理和监测，它的广泛应用对提高医疗质量、改善大众健康有积极的促进作用。

Objective:mHealth is becoming one of the most active areas of healthcare informatization;the current paper presents an overview of the main features and progress of the methods, contents and achievements about mHealth studies to provide an important reference and accord for the design and development of mobile health applications which are easier to use and can better meet the user' needs. Methods:30 articles were retrieved from the PubMed database to make an overview. Results:The articles were summarized by the six aspects:(1)the current situations, advantages and challenges of mobile health applied to some realms;(2)the quality assessment about the content and method of mobile health applications;(3)the users' experiences and attitudes about mobile health interventions;(4) the impact of mobile health interventions on health problems outcomes;(5)the design and evaluation about mobile health applications and integration programs; (6)the other mobile health-based studies etc. Conclusion: Mobile health improved the accessibility and portability of healthcare, prompted the patients and healthcare providers to participate in health management and monitoring, and played a positive role in improving healthcare quality and public health.
