我国"5+3+X"模式下专科医师规范化培训面临的挑战

Abstract

自改革开放以来的几十年间，我国就住院医师/专科医师培养进行了积极探索，各地试点工作如火如荼，专科医师规范化培训的概念日渐清晰，其重要性和必要性日渐凸显。在总结国外部分国家专科医师培养情况的基础上，通过梳理我国专科医师培养制度演变的历史脉络，结合国情，提出我国“5+3+X”模式下专科医师规范化培训面临的挑战和建议。

Since the initiation of the reform and opening policy, China has carried out active exploration on resident training and specialist training over the past decades. Pilot work across the country is already in full swing. While there is growing conceptual clarity regarding standardized training of specialist, the Importance and necessity of the training is becoming more and more obvious. This article summarizes specialist training in several foreign countries, analyses the history of the evolution of specialist training systems in China. Combining with the situation of our country, puts forward the challenges and suggestions to the implementation of standardized specialist training in“5+3+X”mode.
