胎儿脊髓腰膨大前后径与孕周的相关性研究

Abstract

目的 运用超声测量并建立不同孕周胎儿脊髓腰膨大前后径的正常值范围,探讨脊髓腰膨大前后径与孕周的相关性.方法 常规产前超声检查的2 046例孕20～38周孕妇中选取符合条件的进入样本库,对其胎儿进行脊髓腰膨大前后径的测量,按孕周分组,进行统计学分析.结果 总共1 826例进行最后的统计分析,脊髓腰膨大前后径与孕周呈正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.974 (P＜0.001).以孕周为自变量,脊髓腰膨大前后径为因变量,直线回归分析得出自变量与因变量之间存在直线关系,将所得方程进行简化,得出简易公式:脊髓腰膨大前后径=孕周×0.15-1 (mm).结论 成功建立了孕20～38周胎儿脊髓腰膨大前后径的直线回归方程,有利于临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the relationship between lumbar enlargement of spinal cord and gestational week.Methods 2046 fetuses underwent routine fetal screening and anteroposterior diameter of lumbar enlargement of spinal cord measurement.Qualified cases were reserved for analysis and then relevant statistical analysis was performed.Results 1826 cases were available for analysis,anteroposterior diameter of lumbar enlargement of spinal cord increase gradually against gestational age over the period of 20-38 weeks with simplified equation as follows:anteroposterior diameter(mm) =GA× 0.15-1.Conclusions Linear regression equation between anteroposterior diameter of spinal cord lumbar enlargement and gestational week during 20-38 weeks is established and they can be widely applied in clinical practice.
