超声引导下外周神经阻滞技术采用workshop培训方式的探讨

Abstract

熟练掌握外周神经阻滞操作技术是每一位麻醉医生临床工作中的基本要求。近年来，超声引导下外周神经阻滞技术越来越广泛地应用于临床，对于这项新兴技术的推广需要一定的时间，我科在此项目的推广上采用workshop的培训方式，每年对全科人员培训一次，效果显著，为提高临床神经阻滞质量探索出一种新的方法。

Peripheral nerve block technique is the basic requirement for each anesthesiologist. In recent years, the application of ultrasound guided peripheral nerve block technology is more and more widely used in clinic, for this new technology requires a certain period of time, promotion of our department in this project using the workshop approach to training each year for general staff training time, the effect is significant, in order to improve the quality of clinical nerve block to explore a new approach.
