应用800nm半导体激光治疗面部毛孔粗大疗效观察

Abstract

目的:观察800nm半导体激光治疗面部毛孔粗大的疗效和安全性.方法:应用800nm半导体激光治疗42例面部毛孔粗大就医者,每周治疗1次,连续治疗8次.治疗前及治疗结束后4周,应用面部毛孔标准照片评价法对毛孔粗大改善程度进行评价,同时评价就医者满意率,观察不良反应.结果:42例就医者,治疗前与治疗后4周面部毛孔标准照片评分对比有显著差异(P<0.01),就医者满意率达80.95％,治疗期间未发现不良反应.结论:采用800nm半导体激光治疗面部毛孔粗大安全、有效.

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of 800nm diode laser on enlarged facial pores. Methods 800 nm diode laser was applied on 42 different subjects with enlarged facial pores every week and totally 8 consecutive treatments. The clinical improvement was evaluated before treatment and after the last treatment by the comparison of standard evaluation in photos of enlarged pores. Meanwhile,the satisfactory rate and side effects of treatment were evaluated. Results 42 different subjects were observed, the former and the latter of scores from standard evaluation in photos were statistically significant(P<0.01).The satisfactory rate of all patients'reached 80.95％.No adverse reactions existed during the treatment. Conclusion 800 nm diode laser is definitely effective and safe on enlarged facial pores.
