| Abstract | 由于社会保障私有化可能带来一些利益，一些国家在某些领域已经将之付诸实践，并确实收到了一些良好的效果。但是，各国的实践证明，社会保障私有化的弊端也是很明显的。完全阻挡甚至逆转私有化的脚步，是不现实的；任其自由发展，是不合理的。于是，部分私有化就成了必然的选择。但“部分私有化”是一个模糊的概念，因此，有必要探讨其具体的形式和程度。 The privatization of social security may generate benefits ,so the practice has been utilized in certain areas by some countries and the result has been encouraging .However ,the disadvantages of the privatization of social security should not be underestimated .Neither reversal nor negligence is advisable .Partial privatization might be the call as long as the specific adop-tions and degree of application are clearly defined. |
